Overbells offers 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to
twelve persons. There are two kingsize bedrooms
with en suite facilities, one family room bedroom , one double and two twin rooms.
The main bedroom suite, is most spacious and private and has a super kingsize bed. This
room opens out into a large whirlpool circular bath area with an additional two person
shower enclosure with high power body jets.
A further king size bedroom suite with dressing area has a large bath and two person shower
enclosure with high power body jets.
There are four further bedrooms on the first
floor- one double, one family room and two
twin rooms. The family room, furnished with
a double and a single bed, has a twin room
leading off and is adjacent to the kids
playroom. The play room is well equipped and
includes table football, two train sets,
dressing up boxes, children's DVDs and
videos and many other toys.
The house has a further bathroom with shower and two separate WC's. |

The modern kitchen is stylish and contemporary and is well equipped with cooker, hob,
microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. The kitchen has a
breakfast bar and opens onto the garden.
The dining room comfortably seats 8 with the option of adding further space. |

Overbells is set in an area of over an acre of secluded gardens. BBQ facilities and
garden furniture are provided along with a sandpit for the children. Parking is available
for 5 cars. |
